Karg’s Sesame & Linseed Protein

Dr. Klaus Karg KG (Germany) offers Karg’s Sesame & Linseed Protein snack, the dough (made from wholegrain flour) is rolled out extra thin and sprinkled with lots of sesame seeds and linseeds. That gives the bite-sized crunch bits their: “wonderful, slightly nutty flavor and provides a natural, purely plant-based boost of protein.” At 8g of protein per portion (25g), respectively 32g of protein per 100g, Dr. Karg’s new snack is promoted as a source of protein and thus contributes to the body’s protein level, which is especially important for active people.
