Ethics also plays a role in new product launches, which can be perceived by several fair-trade certifications and ingredient provenance on the label. Health claims are desired. However, products that balance health and indulgence claims offer the greatest potential for growth. Creativity and a holistic wellness approach are paramount to staying ahead of the competition and satisfying consumers’ demand for novelty.
