Hydrosol is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of stabilizing systems. The takeover of C.C.A. Klimmeck GmbH is a further step in the extension of its core competences.
Jul 18 2011 --- The owner-managed, rapidly expanding company Hydrosol Produktionsgesellschaft will take over the stabilizer specialist C.C.A. Klimmeck GmbH as of 1 October 2011. The two firms have made a name for themselves in the development and production of customized stabilizing systems.
The stabilizing of foods, especially dairy, deli and meat products, is an important quality factor; that applies in particular to the manufacture of convenience food. With its extensive facilities for applications technology, including trial laboratories, Hydrosol is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of stabilizing systems. The takeover of C.C.A. Klimmeck GmbH is a further step in the extension of its core competences. “The LABORON product range is an ideal addition to our portfolio for the dairy industry”, says Hydrosol’s managing director Stefan Schliesser. “For decades Klaus Klimmeck has been one of Germany’s recognized experts in the stabilization of dairy products. His knowledge will help us widen our own expertise in this field still further.”
Klaus Klimmeck will be fully available to Hydrosol as a consultant during the next few years. “It was the potential synergisms and the young, dynamic team that made me decide to hand over my business activities to Hydrosol”, Klimmeck explains. Hydrosol has fully equipped applications laboratories in Ahrensburg, near Hamburg. The LABORON products will be made on Hydrosol’s plant in Wittenburg, near Schwerin. “We have steadily enlarged our capacity in recent years. We are well prepared to handle the growing business of C.C.A Klimmeck GmbH”, Stefan Schliesser explains.
