25 Sep 2017 --- Austria Juice presented “sophinades” – sophisticated lemonade targeted at adult consumers with creative and tart flavors. Cornelia Kerschbaumer from Austria Juice explains: “we are presenting sophisticated lemonades for adults because adults are searching for different types of beverages and unconventional flavors.” The concepts included a purely vegetable-based Tomato Rhubarb: “an extraordinary astringent combination of luscious tomato meets fresh green flavor notes and a pleasant acidity of rhubarb.” Yuzu Sage is described as follows: “yuzu surprises with its refreshing and in certain way uncommon note of citrus followed by the slightly cooling herbal impression of sage.
