New Technology to Reduce the Saturated Fat Content of Butter

18 Nov 2014 --- Belgian butter makers, Corman, have produced a butter that does not cause a rise in cholesterol levels, but still tastes like normal butter. This healthy butter is a revolutionary development and contains 80% less saturated fat than regular butter. Known as Balade Vital, it will be marketed worldwide. Spread and cream versions are available, while the company is also promoting it as an ingredient.
