    01 Jan 2018 Kancor has been in the natural ingredients space for close to 50 years, and has been sourcing raw materials from various parts of the world. “Over the last eight to ten years, what we have seen is this growing trend moving away from synthetics into naturals,” says Geemon Korah. Replacing all the synthetics in food systems with naturals is a big challenge for the industry, but Kancor sees it as an interesting opportunity. The growing role of natural antioxidants is one example of an area in which the company sees a chance to take part.
