S’Mores (Choc-o-lait BVBA, Belgium) is the concept for a roasted marshmallow and Belgian chocolate, sandwiched between a crunchy biscuit. “In the US and Canada it is a true tradition and they have a name for it: s’more,” the company notes. MoMe introduces this delicacy in the form of a DIY kit with the ingredients: handmade fluffy marshmallows, luxury biscuits and Belgian chocolates, as well as the sticks for roasting the marshmallows.
