This continuously growing collection of clean label Culinary Bases features a wide range of ethnic, vegetable and spice varieties. Dylan Thompson, Marketing Consumer Insight Specialist explains: “We take the same ingredients our customers cook with and masterfully blend them with essential oils and extracts to create great tasting, clean label solutions. In some cases, we add flavors to these bases to increase the intensity and make them more economical.”

Symrise’s team of product development specialists custom craft these Culinary Bases. They begin with Symrise flavors, extracts and essential oils, then add Diana Food’s exceptional vegetable purees, juice concentrates, herbs and spices.
